1. Eligibility
- Only adults age 18+ may create an account.
- Children may use the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. License & Use
HeyFriendzs grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use:
- AI Stories
- PlayBuddy
- AR experiences
- Parent Dashboard
All content remains the property of HeyFriendzs.
3. Parent Responsibility
You agree to:
- Supervise the child during app usage
- Enter only non-identifiable data for your child
- Confirm that you are 18+ during account creation
4. Payments & Subscriptions
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- Billing is handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe
- Refunds follow their policies
5. AI Content
You acknowledge:
- HeyFriendzs uses automated AI systems
- AI may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete content
- There is no human in the loop reviewing content
You agree to supervise usage accordingly.
6. Intellectual Property
All:
- Characters
- Stories
- AR models
- Designs
are for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Service interruptions
- Errors in AI outputs
Maximum liability: your subscription fees from the last 12 months.
8. Termination
Accounts may be suspended for:
- Safety violations
- Abuse of the app
- Unauthorized commercial use
9. Governing Law
- U.S. residents: governed by California law
- International users: governed by applicable jurisdiction
